It is your (the buyers) responsibility to be aware of any local import/custom fees that may incur from purchased products from us. We are not responsible for these fees.

Shipping times are estimated only and will vary based on Holidays (especially Christmas). United States: 2 - 10 business days Canada: 2 - 8 business days Greater Toronto Area: Local deliveries are available upon approval only. This will be handled on a case by case basis. CHRISTMAS: 1. All orders must be placed and accepted before September to ensure enough time to complete 2. All regular product purchases (non-custom orders) must be purchased before November 25th to ensure arrival for the holidays This is just a solo entrepreneur so I will do my best to get the products out.

All custom orders are final Sale. We will not accept returns or refund these items unless there is substantial damage in shipping. If this is the case please immediately document and send pictures and an email to dtasha@dafonscos.com. For all others items returns are available within 14 days of purchase. Please email us and ensure Refunds: Please ensure that the shipping address you’ve provided is correct as I can not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. We will also not refund if the address provided to us is incorrect. If you realize the Address needs to be changed please contact us as soon as possible. However once an item has shipped you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees.

Once an order is placed I will try and accommodate changes but there is no guarantee. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to assist. However all custom orders - Once a design has been agreed upon and started no changes will be accepted.

All Custom items are prepped to ensure the longevity of the artwork. However like with all things frequent use and washing of anything will lead to artwork fading over time. It is best to hand-wash all custom apparel ad shoes to ensure they last as long as possible.
