The Traditional Artist & The Customizer

As an emerging artist based in Toronto, my work explores the intersection of Object Head and Surrealism art, using acrylic paint and textured vinyl to create layered, visceral visual narratives. At the heart of my practice is the recurring motif of the TV head—an anthropomorphic figure through which I project emotions, personal experiences, and pop cultural references. For me, the TV is more than a device; it’s a vessel for introspection, identity, and shared memory.
Surrealism fuels my imagination, allowing me to challenge the boundaries of reality and tap into the unconscious mind. I’m fascinated by fleeting interactions and the deeper meaning behind everyday experiences, and my work invites viewers to reflect on their own perceptions and inner worlds.

In tandem with my studio work, I also transform shoes, clothing, and accessories into wearable art—turning people into walking galleries. These custom creations are collaborative and deeply personal, often inspired by pop culture, nostalgia, and self-expression. Whether it's sneakers painted with a favorite anime or jackets featuring iconic characters, each piece is designed to celebrate individuality and spark joy.

Through both canvas and clothing, my mission is the same: to provoke thought, spark connection, and make art that’s as personal as it is powerful.
